I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Were you able to get the whole tendon inserted through the end? If so, it should follow the tendon along its length. Also, you may find that using a non cut glove will improve your grip on the tendon. This will help you succeed. As with any new tool, there is a small learning curve. Once you’ve used it a couple times, it will be simpler.
